i returned to find no electricity in my room i had to call a number to report it the instructions involved finding a chair and fixing the electric box myself this was unacceptable as a guest i expected assistance not electrical work

The family room provided ample space. breakfast included various options. i found the staff friendly, they greeted me each morning and asked about my needs. That was really nice, i liked that. the location was also convenient to restaurants.

the beautiful king room provided ample space , and the large bed allowed for restful sleep. i noticed the tv had many channels for entertainment. communication with the team was efficient before i arrived and throughout my stay.

The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated. I found the continental breakfast choices quite good (especially the croissants!). The location made it simple to walk to nearby attractions. I was able to easily access Queen's University. It was a very short walk.
I noticed a lack of soundproofing between rooms. I could clearly hear the television from other rooms, a bit disruptive.

The hotel is a short walk from Queen's University and the Ulster Museum. The botanic gardens are very close by. The hop-on-hop-off bus stops are across the road, I used them.

My room was clean and well-presented. It had hanging space and drawers, very useful. A decent sized TV was also present. The bed was quite comfy, and I loved the en-suite bathroom.
