Tasteful Stay Near Queen's University

tasty decorcontinental breakfastconvenient locationpoor soundproofing
The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated. I found the continental breakfast choices quite good (especially the croissants!). The location made it simple to walk to nearby attractions. I was able to easily access Queen's University. It was a very short walk.
I noticed a lack of soundproofing between rooms. I could clearly hear the television from other rooms, a bit disruptive.
Location
10/10
The hotel is a short walk from Queen's University and the Ulster Museum. The botanic gardens are very close by. The hop-on-hop-off bus stops are across the road, I used them.
Dining
9/10
The continental breakfast included packaged pancakes and croissants. There were packaged marmalades available. They served cheese and a couple of sausage selections. It suited my needs.
Rooms
8/10
My room was clean and well-presented. It had hanging space and drawers, very useful. A decent sized TV was also present. The bed was quite comfy, and I loved the en-suite bathroom.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel is a typical house. The front door uses a code for entry after hours. I noted this when I checked in.
Service
10/10
The staff I encountered were very helpful. I saw a friendly woman who may have been the manageress. She was kind and helped with directions.
